A mayor who is a police service board member by virtue of office.
Like mayor Dumb J-rod is refusing to sit on the Police Service Board.
If you didn't want to do your job J-rod then why bother running for mayor..?

Two new members were sworn in to the Greater Sudbury Police Services Board on Monday and two longtime members retired.
Greater Sudbury Ward 5 Coun. Ron Dupuis and Ward 7 Coun. Russ Thompson were appointed to the board for two-year terms.
Greater Sudbury council passed a resolution late last year to amend the term for members of committees and local boards to two years. Public notice to amend the procedure bylaw must be given before the change takes effect.
Former city councillor Eldon Gainer, who was on the board for eight or nine years, and former city councillor Ron Bradley, who had six years with the board, were presented with gifts Monday night.
Gainer told the current board, which was meeting for its monthly meeting, that he wanted to be on the police services board for years and finally had the opportunity.
